What venues ask us

A free wall with a few metres of throwing space in front of it, power and an internet connection. The foam surface, the projector and the infrared frame are mounted on that wall. No building work, no dedicated room.

Yes. They stick into a foam surface, exactly as they would into any dartboard. It is not a touchscreen and not a controller: the gesture and the aim are the same.

They pick one of the three time packages the machine offers and pay by card on the physical reader paired with it. As soon as the payment clears, the game grants the time.

You do. The three brackets carry whatever minutes you want — 15/30/60, 10/20/30, 5/10/15 — and you can set different prices by time of week: one rate for Tuesday afternoon, another for Saturday night.

No. Prices live in profiles that are assigned to several machines. You edit the profile once and every machine using it changes at the same time.

For card payments, yes: the charge goes through the reader and the server. A brief outage does not lock the machine — the licence renews every 12 hours and is valid for 48, so there is plenty of margin.

By themselves. When we publish a new version, each machine downloads it on its next boot. No visit from us, nothing for you to do.

Machines are diagnosed remotely, so most issues are resolved without anyone travelling. From your panel you see the status of each one, the usage history and the invoices.

Yes. You switch Free Play on yourself, from your own panel, on your own machines, and it arrives instantly: the machine stops charging and stops counting down time, and says so on screen. Useful for an opening, a tournament or a dead hour you want to liven up. Switching it off is just as quick, and nobody has to visit the venue.

It depends on the venue and the number of machines, so we look at it and give you a fixed quote. We do not publish a shop-window price because we do not have one, and we would rather say that than post a number that does not hold.
